Ingredients

10 Medium Ochros

1 Medium Onion

2 Tsp Clove of Garlic

3 Medium Tomatoes

Directions

Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat

Add 2 teaspoon of geera and leave for 1 minute

Add onions, garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes

Add ochro and leave for about 8 minutes

Add tomatoes then leave for a couple minutes

Add salt and spice to taste.

Serve with your favorite bread, crackers, or wraps
